The Games Announced for the Wii U


This list of all the games announced for the Wii U. While announced, some of these games are in early development and may or may not ever actually be released; the further out the release date, the less chance we'll ever see the game. Those with specific release dates are, for the most part, definitely going to be released, although their shipping dates may change.



Lego The Hobbit (WBIE)
The game: Action adventure game based on the first two movies of the Hobbit film trilogy.

NES Remix 2 (Nintendo)
The game: Another set or old games with new challenges for the eShop.

The Wii U gamepad: developer says, "The gamepad just screams new innovations for gameplay and is a perfect match when thinking about using the gyroscope as a handheld wheel like in Mario Kart Wii and showing data on the screen such as a map, telemetry, speedo, or rear view mirror."
