Kilowatt SPARK:
The Kilowatt SPORT and SPORT EX are fairly adjustable. Tall people won't have much problem using the unit just fine. If you're less than about 5 feet tall, though, you might have a bit of problem adjusting the SPORT to be ideal. Functional, yes, but perfect? Probably not. The Kilowatt SPARK is a unit designed specifically for kids aged 7 - 14. The SPARK has 20 levels of adjustment, and so has more in common with the EX than the pure-blood SPORT, but also has a resistance setting that's calibrated for youth. This means that the point at which the system tops out is going to be lower than the adult units. If you're interested in getting your child up and exercising, the SPARK might be just the unit. The Kilowatt SPARK sells for $1199.95.

Kilowatt SPORT EX:
The Kilowatt SPORT EX and the PRO are the upper-end models for people that are serious about their games, their exercise, and have the money to afford the units. If you are looking for the best home exercise unit, the SPORT EX is probably the way to go. This package offers the 20 adjustability levels of the PRO with the smaller footprint of the SPORT. Selling for $1199.95, this unit is more expensive than the SPORT, but also offers the more versatile experience. Personally, I find the 12 adjustability levels of the SPORT pretty decent, and so tend to recommend the SPORT to most folks. If you have the money and are looking for the best, though, the EX is for you.

Kilowatt PRO:
The Kilowatt PRO is designed for gyms, either home gyms with large amounts of space, or professional gyms... with large amounts of space. The PRO is the sturdiest unit of the bunch, and is designed to withstand the abuse of many users on a daily basis. While all the new line-up of the Kilowatt are a sturdy bunch and come with a 10-year frame warranty, the PRO still takes the cake. Additionally, the PRO allows you to adjust the horizontal location of both the front and the back brace in a way the SPORT models just don't; you can move them back and forth to grow or narrow the distance between the back brace and the force stick. This solves the minor problem that the SPORT and EX have of making it difficult to brace yourself well while pulling back. Because of this, the PRO provides a slightly better workout, and you'll be less tempted to strap yourself to the back brace. The PRO sells for $1599.95.
