Sadly, this Paper Mario modification by Mollymutt isn't released, at least to the best of my knowledge. The high resolution project set out to turn Paper Mario into a hi-rez title, complete with reworked characters and additional textures. The author released a number of screenshots, but never made the actual texture pack available for download, a story that's all too common on a scene that requires such time-consuming levels of commitment in order to make a substantial impact on how a game looks. Still, take a look at the screenshots, because this texture pack was off to a great start.
